For: Altos/SCO UNIX System V RTS Version 4.2a (all)
This Patch Replaces the file /usr/lib/sysadmin/cbackup which fixes a bug which could allow the wrong filesystem to be backed up.
This is for systems where a /usr and a /u filesystem were created at installation time and created in that order. When using cbackup(ADM), or the backup utility in sysadmsh(ADM), the /usr filesystem will be backed up when the /u filesystem is specified. One way to see if this is happening is to note the number of blocks when the /usr filesystem is backed up. If the /u filesystem has the same number of blocks, most likely the /usr filesystem was backed up in its stead. |
