This Patch is for the Sony SDT-5000 4mm tape drive. It fixes the problem of the tape being ejected after each tape rewind operation.
NOTE: If the Sony SDT-5000 tape drive has already been installed, remove the tape driver first using the mkdev tape command. Install this patch, then run mkdev tape again to reinstall the tape driver. |
