This self-extracting file contains v0.93 of PS2NUM.COM. PS2NUM is a utility to enable the Texas Instruments cable connect numeric keypad for use on the PS/2 port of the TM4000E Series notebooks. The installation program will insert the proper syntax into your autoexec.bat; however you will need to move the added syntax to the top of your autoexec.bat. Download NUMERIC.EXE to you HDD. Click on NUMERIC to create the utility diskette. Contains a readme file. |

TSRFONT.COM v1.3 is a video font program to assist you when using certain character based applications where the text is not readable. Some programs require TSRFONT to use all of the character fonts. Applications known to need TSRFONT are Harvard Graphics, Microsoft Word v5.5 and v6.0, the DOSShell under MS-DOS 6.x, Lotus 123 and QuattroPro. If you have a program that is running at 80x25 or 80x34 character mode you will need TSRFONT. If you have a program where the text is not readable you might need TSRFONT. Download to your HDD, then click on TSRFONT. Copy TSRFONT.EXE to your C:\Utils subdirectory. Includes a readme.

This utility will upgrade the ROM on your Texas Instruments XJ3288R 28.8kbps PC Card modem to a 33.6kbps modem. After upgrading to 33.6kbps you should be able to connect at speeds up to 33.6kbps speed when connecting to another 33.6kbps modem. You should also obtain the highest speed possible when connecting to a 28,800bps modem, and faster connection negotiation.

PCM v3.20 provides XMS support to provide better overall usage of drivers and configuration programs for PCMCIA cards. Download to your HDD and type TM4MPCM. This will expand all files needed to the default directory. Run INSTALL to install.

This recovery diskette will restore all original WFW 3.11 configuration files, including autoexec.bat, config.sys, win.ini and system.ini. Download to your HDD, then click on TM4MRCVR. This will create your TM4000M recovery diskette. To install, shutdown Windows and reboot your notebook with the recovery diskette in A:\.
